Park at Radar Hill and walk to the trail from there along the highway. At first the trail is easy. You will get to an old building, once past there the trail becomes extremely muddy and you will walk through a marsh. Make sure to wear secure, waterproof boots or rain boots. This hike takes so long because you are having to take your time navigating around and through the marsh as some spots can be deep. There are flags to help navigate your way to keep you on track to the Canso Plane. We had our dogs off leash, under control.
